The course is designed to help Real Estate Professionals reduce risk from the #1 white collar crime exploding all across the U.S. 

Registration begins at 8:30 am and Seminar begins at 9:00 am sharp.  Seminar ends at 11:30 am and includes refreshments.

This 2-hour free course is approved by the DRE for 2 C.E. units.  After the 2-hour course, there is a short quiz.  The course covers:

  • Types & Causes of ID Theft
  • Costs to Consumers & Businesses
  • Minimize Personal Risk
  • FTC Laws & Compliance
  • Business Risk Reduction
  • Real Estate Agents, Brokers, & Offices

Attendees will find out:  How identity theft affects them, their business, and their clients;  What the Federal Trade Commission laws are, how they apply to Real Estate Professionals, and how to pro-actively plan;  And identity theft prevention tips to help Professionals and their clients. 

This seminar is offered FREE due to the support of the Lompoc Association of Realtors.  Refreshments will be provided by First American Title Co.  Professionals will have the opportunity to enroll in Identity Theft Shield and Pre-Paid Legal service plan designed exclusively for real estate agents.  Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
